1.Gallery Space Usage
- The indoor gallery space at Le Shan Café is available for rent or free use, depending on the purpose of the event or exhibition.
- Free use of the space is granted for events or projects aligned with our mission to promote culture, art, or charitable causes.
2.Fundraising Events
- For fundraising activities, 100% of the proceeds must go directly to the intended charitable organization, as agreed upon beforehand.
- All sales related to fundraisers must be processed through the official platform of the designated charity.
3.Workshops
- Workshop fees are non-refundable once the booking is confirmed.
- Products made during workshops are covered by a 1-month warranty for defects caused by manufacturing or material issues.
- Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase and inspected before replacements or repairs are approved.
4.Handmade Products
- All handmade products sold by Le Shan Café are of high quality and come with a 1-month warranty.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
5.Collaboration and Partnerships
- Le Shan Café reserves the right to approve or decline collaborations based on the alignment of the proposed project with the café’s mission and values.
- Partners and collaborators must adhere to the agreed terms and fulfill their commitments responsibly.
6.Conduct in the Venue
- Visitors and collaborators must maintain respect for the café’s environment, staff, and other patrons.
- Any damages caused to the property or gallery space during use will be the responsibility of the renter/organizer.
7.Changes and Cancellations
- Le Shan Café reserves the right to modify or cancel events, workshops, or space bookings due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, affected parties will be notified promptly.
